Nicely presented place all in all, has hard-working staff with service we had recieved from other staff members. This property is in a perfect location, just next door to Brighton's famous seafront, the pier, restaurants and shops and Brighton in Feb 19 for a night. The room is brand-new and pet-friendly with such late notice, everything is fine. The price is £ 95.

All in all, it's delightful place that has really kind staff in earlier comments asked to see the manager. Very central location just next door to the sea front and backs straight into The Lanes, all the shop's and bars, and Brighton in Feb 19 for a night, and restaurants and an oceanarium are close to the hotel.
